Mostanser Billa has been elected Chair-man and Rezakul Haider and Anis Salahuddin Ahmad were elected Vice Chairmen of Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL) in its 183th Board meeting held Monday, said a press release.
Anwar Hossain Chowdhury was elected EC Chairman and Prof Dr Gazi Ahsanul Kabir was reelected Audit Committee Chairman.
KBM Moin Uddin Chisty and other Directors welcomed the newly elected Chairman.
Some investment proposals were approved and some important decisions were taken in the meeting.
